Fix or stabilize

If we can fix it on the spot, we do. If we need a part, we stabilize (shut off water, bypass the breaker) and come back with parts in 24 hours.

Not an emergency?
No problem. For non-urgent jobs, we book within 2–3 business days. Same crew, same quality, no rush fees. See all services.
Do you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes, when the situation calls for it. After-hours and weekend labor is billed at +50%. We'll always tell you up front what hitting the overtime rate saves you versus waiting until morning.
What if I smell gas?
Call your gas utility first (National Grid: 800-233-5325 / Eversource: 866-595-7550) to get the line made safe. Then call us for the appliance or connection fix.
Do you dispatch at 2am?
Not typically. For true overnight crises (major leak, no heat, live electrical hazard), we coordinate stabilization by phone and roll a truck first thing.
