Gutter clearing, fence repair, loose boards, plus kitchen, bath, and exterior caulking refresh.
Pick the one that fits
The Hourly Pack
Hourly, two-hour minimum. Bring us the list. We start at the top and work down until time's up. Best for 3–6 small items.
The Punch List
Flat rate, quoted after you send photos. Best for 6–15 small items with similar scope. Usually completed in one visit.
The Whole House
Day rate, quoted per project. Best for new homeowners or landlords prepping a unit. Materials billed at cost.
