Will you handle a Mass Smoke Cert / CO inspection requirement?

Yes — we install the right detectors in the right locations for the MA requirements and coordinate with the local fire department inspection.

Do you do Title V septic issues?

No — for Title V, you'll need a licensed septic contractor. We can refer.

Can you work directly with the real estate agent?
