My AC isn't cooling — repair or replace?

Depends on age and refrigerant. Under 10 years old with R-410A refrigerant — usually repair. 15+ years with R-22 — usually replace (R-22 is discontinued and expensive). We'll tell you straight.

Can you install a heat pump for Mass Save rebates?

Yes. We handle the installation; your Mass Save energy advisor handles the paperwork. We coordinate timing so you don't lose the rebate window.

Do you service commercial HVAC?

Small commercial (restaurants, offices under 5,000 sq ft) — yes. Larger rooftop units — we'll refer you to a specialist.

How often should I service my AC?

Once a year, ideally in April before you turn it on. Tune-ups catch refrigerant leaks, worn capacitors, and dirty coils — all of which cut efficiency and shorten the unit's life.

Emergency service?

Business hours: same-day if humanly possible. After-hours: we return calls by 8am next day. No heat in winter or no AC during a heat wave gets pushed to the top.
